Scheduling Options

Counseling sessions are by appointment. Daytime and evening sessions are available.  Frequency of visits and length of sessions is determined during our initial session. Clients often find weekly sessions are helpful to get started and can usually extend time between sessions to every other week relatively quickly.

 

You can choose from three time frames to fit your individual needs:
       1-hour     1 ½ -hour     2-hour (suggested for couples)

 

I have found the 2-hour session to be especially valuable in working with couples. It is an adequate time to get to the heart of some matters, and my clients feel a greater sense of “getting somewhere” within the two-hour time frame. 

 

 

Sessions by Phone

I conduct sessions with some clients by telephone on a regular basis because they have difficulty getting to a session or are some distance away.
